Goid afternoon friends, followers and casual visitors, I hope the weather is good wherever you are. It is gloriously sunny and warm here in Kent but I have been busy in my craft room playing. The project I would like to share with you is very simple and could make a lovely little gift. I bought a box frame from The Range a while back intended to mount some decorated wooden letters in it but the frame was too small. So I decided to incorporate all my favourite craft techniques and make a picture. Here is the result:
I stained the frame with Pinflair Gentle Blends in Lavender. The background was inked with Tim Holt Distress inks in Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn and Shabby Shutters. I used a freebie flower die from a magazine but any flower die will do and the leaves were Spellbinders Foliage. The dragonfly is sculpted Grosgrain ribbon.
Thank you for visiting my blog today and if you do leave any comments or choose to follow me, please let me know so that I can return the favour.
Hugs Lainie xx
