This is the card I made for the Dolly Mixture Challenge over on Docrafts. The challenge was to make a project featuring a female from a different era. I chose art deco as this is my favourite era, not that I was born then of course lol. I love the way her dress spills out of the frame.

A4 White Pearlised card from Papermill Direct
A Debbi Moore Image from 'Bringing Inspiration To You' magazine issue 18
Spellbinders Edgeability dies
Gold gems from www.blinggiftshop.com

Floral Challenge Card
Today's card is one I made for the Floral Challenge on Docrafts. The card had to feature flowers plus an insect other than a butterfly, so I chose a ladybird which is my second favourite insect. The flowers and ladybird are Quilled and the stems and leaves diecut. Tha black card blank is an A5 card folded in half.
Fab n Funky Challenge
I thought I would have a go at this challenge as I just love this Bugaboo image.
The base card is an A3 white card from Papermill Direct, folded and cut to 8"x 8".
The image is from Bugaboo and is called Beautiful Fairy, I coloured her with Promarkers and added some lilac Stickles to her hair and wings. I added Glossy Accents to the Bubble
The plain lilac backing paper is a Nitwits Collection - Bonnets and Bow's
The sentiment paper is an old one I had in my stash, I thino it may have been from Papermania.
The buttons were from my stash
The fibres were from Poundland
Docrafts Enchanted Challenge
This card was made for an Enchanted Challenge on Docrafts. The challenge was to create a card with an Enchanted image ( fairy, unicorn, leprechaun, elf, Pixie etc.) and include an oval shape. I decided to die cut my stamped image with a Spellbinders scalloped oval and mount onto a plain oval. The fairy was coloured with Promarkers and then Stickles was added. The paper flowers and ribbon border ties it all together ( if you'll pardon the pun lol).
Sketch Challenge Card
I edged the base card with a Promarker to blend in with the colours before layering on the backing paper. I edged the topper in the same colour. I love how the greens and oranges complement each other.
I really enjoy these challenges.
